2012 Montana SAR Rendezvous

Welcome to the 2012 Montana SAR Rendezvous, to be held in Flathead County June 15-17 2012.  This location offers opportunities for hiking, glacier climbing, floating the river, and many other outdoor recreational endeavors.

Cost of the rendezvous is $50.  It will include primitive camping (bring your tent or trailer, or sleep under the stars), continental breakfasts, and Saturday dinner.  Other meals will be on your own, but food vendors will be available on site.

Cost also includes most classes at the rendezvous.  Some specialty classes and certification classes will have an additional cost. Classes fill on a first come first served basis.

Super 8 in Kalispell is about a 20 minute drive from the venue.  They have offered a discount for Rendezvous attendee’s. To take advantage of this offer, make reservations by calling the property directy at 406-755-1888. Mention that you are attending the SAR Rendezvous to be eligible for special rates. NOTE: Super 8 IS NOT booking a block and in June typically fill quickly. It is recommended that reservations be made early to assure a room.
